Joystick Audio is taking care of most of the repairs in-house, all product is tested, adjusted and repaired in our Audio Lab in Drongen.
We do warranty repairs for the products that you purchased from Joystick Audio but we also do repairs against costs after warranty and also for product not purchased from us.
Our people are electronic specialist, trained engineers and we stock spare parts of all our manufacturers gear.
From Januari 2009 on, you can also contact us for all your repairs of pro audio gear other then for the brands distributed by us.
We specialise in studio equipment, analogue units, tube units, vintage gear also.

Whenever you send goods to us, please make sure the packing is extremely good and add a detailed description of the fault and if you think of something that can help fasten the repair, please tell us.
